Q) I’m concerned – what do I do?

Q) How do I place an online order with your company?
A) Read the specifics regarding the screening test of your interest – proceed by clicking “order now”, and simply follow the instructions.

Q) How soon after placing an order can I visit the Center?
A) Usually within 30-60 minutes – the only thing you need is your Requisition number- a brief counselor conversation and you are ready to go. For Chlamydia and Gonorrhea urine tests we do recommend not to urinate 2 hours prior to testing.

Q) How do I recognize the billing statement on my credit card?
A) The credit card statement will appear as IMC

Q) How do I know my order has been processed?
A) Immediately following your online request – you will receive an automated response via email – with an order-Id number. Thereafter you will receive an email from your dedicated case manager/counselor – with information on how to obtain your Requisition number for your Service center visit - your personal code number (PCN) and your password to view your results online.– The case manager/counselor will request a call for a brief conversation addressing your concerns.

Q) How do I obtain my results?
A) You can obtain your results online – by entering your personal code number (PCN) and your password – to see a sample – click here
Results can also be given verbally by phone – you will be asked your PCN for identification - we can also email or fax a copy of the final lab report.

Q) How do I find the nearest service center?
A) by clicking here – enter your Zip code – the default search is within a 25 miles radius – if you live in a remote or non-populated area – apply a larger radius.
The search also gives you the option to print a detailed map or driving directions if needed.

Q) How do I find more information on your company’s Privacy Policy?
A) We DO NOT share your information with any third parties – we recommend reading our Privacy Policy by clicking here

Q) How do I pay with Pay Pal?
A) By calling 1-866-478-3417 and request payment via Pay Pal – the case manger/Counselor will send a payment request via email with detailed instructions.

Q) How do I pay with Money Order?
A) By issuing a Money Order to: Wellnet – Wellnet Plaza – 5517 State Road – Cleveland – Ohio - 44134 – please include your phone number and/or email. Call us to find out if the Money Order was received and to talk to your dedicated case manager.

Q) How do I find help in interpreting my results?

Q) Why do I have to speak to a counselor?
A)to get a better understanding of your concern. to get an orientation about sexaully transmitted diseases and to facilitate the best possible screening test. Having a concern often is very emotional and we find that having a conversation with a counselor will help you in addressing that particular concern in the most appropriate way.

A) Yes – the Service center you will be visiting is a specimen collection center with LabCorp of America.

A) Yes, we do.
